And yet another event to be excited about – the 3rd Annual St. Paul Craftstravaganza on Saturday, April 26th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Also at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds (Fine Arts Building). Seems like I’ll be making a lot of trips out to the Fairgrounds this spring and summer. Admission is FREE. I’m sure there will be lots of cute little things to buy and I’ve been into cute little things to buy lately.
Although, I often go to these shows and buy nothing at all because I get so inspired I just want to go home and make my own stuff. I get a notion that I’m going to make pillows and aprons and little stuffed monsters. So even if you don’t buy, you can get lots of ideas.
Plus, there’s LIVE music (Roe Family Singers, Dalia, Vegetablemen, among others). And because its Minnesota, I bet there will be stuff to eat there, too. Maybe mini-donuts. Cheese curds. Mmmm… Cheese curds and crafts…
More info is available at the Craftstravaganza website.
You will LOVE the cheese curds. Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery sold 104,000# to the Minnesota State Fair last year. They get their milk from MN and WI. It is all rbST Free!
Also they sell fresh cheese curds at the Cub Foods stores in Mn in the deli section. Just ask for Ellsworth Cheese Curds. They were proclaimed the “Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin” by the Governor of Wisconsin. 100% All Natural Premium Cheddar Cheese Curds. YUM!
Gee… someone really loves cheese curds. Maybe a bit too much. My disclaimer is this: I’m not certain that cheese curds will be AT the Craftstravaganza. And cheese curds are more of a side issue, or at least they should be, as compared to crafts.
